ABOUT ABSOLUTELY! THEATRE & FUNDRAISING
Absolutely! Theatre & Fundraising formed as a passionate bunch of folks interested in expanding the arts in Central Pennsylvania. In addition to providing arts, they have a unique mission to fundraise for non-profits in the local area. After the first show in 2014, audiences fell in love with the cast of characters and story lines behind the variety of shows offered. Since then, they have partnered with organizations across the area to make audiences laugh and of course help non-profits raise funds. In 2022, the organization received its official non-profit 501c3 status.
The group has collaborated with dozens of non-profits to fundraise for libraries, civic groups, and school organizations to name a few. Each season runs November to February, helping to alleviate winter blues in the mountains! The shows attract audiences from kids to adults looking for some great entertainment. The genre focuses on all types from comedy, mystery to musicals. There is always something for everyone!

Brady's formal training began at the prestigious University of Louisville, where he honed his skills in acting, voice, movement, and stagecraft. Under the guidance of renowned mentors, he developed a deep appreciation for classical theatre while also exploring contemporary techniques and approaches. This comprehensive training equipped him with a diverse set of tools that he would later employ to create compelling and nuanced performances.

John Gradel is a volunteer board member with ABSOLUTELY! Theatre and Fundraising. His interests early on include volunteering, apprenticing and serving on boards with non-profit theatre companies. From a young age, John has always had a love for theatre arts. Currently he serves as the Assistant Director of International Student Services and International Admissions at Commonwealth University - Lock Haven. He received his bachelor’s in Social Studies Adolescence Education and History from the State University of New York at Fredonia and master’s in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University. Currently, Vice President of the Friends of Bald Eagle Valley Trail and Treasurer of the Clinton County Historical Society.
Rick Schulze is a volunteer board member with ABSOLUTELY! Theatre and Fundraising. His interests include promoting unique art in the community and publicizing artists. He is a Professor, Public Health Education, Department of Health and Exercise Science, Lock Haven University. He has a masters and doctorate in health education. Rick serves as Chairperson, Castanea Township Recreation Committee and a School Director, Keystone Central School District Board. He also serves as Chair, Board of Directors, AIDS Resource, Inc., Williamsport.

Heather Treaster is the social media manager for ABSOLUTELY! Theatre and Fundraising. With a lifelong passion for the arts and speaking up for those who struggle to be heard, working alongside ABSOLUTELY! just made sense.
As a marketing professional (and Lock Haven University Communication graduate) with years under her belt, Heather has experience with social channels from international consumer brands to independent music festivals. She's currently working in Advertising at The Express, and the front-of-house at The Broken Axe - but her favorite projects include social media management for Karnival of the Arts, The Ramble Festival, and Lock Haven Fringe Fest!
